Passports are not required for U.S. citizens arriving from the mainland — U.S. Immigration accepts a birth certificate with raised seal or voter registration card, with photo ID. For day trips to the British Virgin Islands, a passport is required.
A deposit of 50% of the estimated contracted program is due 90 days prior to arrival, with the balance due 14 days prior. Non-refundable supplier deposits are requested at booking. Cancellations require 72 hours' notice; final participant counts are guaranteed 72 hours before any event, tour or transfer.
A vestige of our European heritage: we drive on the left side of the road. Don't be alarmed when leaving the airport — remember to keep left when driving your own vehicle. Hills are steep; gears were invented for St. Thomas.
Casually elegant is the island standard. Shorts and light shirts, jackets and ties are rarely required — even at the most formal restaurants.
